GERMAN CLUB CELEBRATES CARNIVAL (FASCHING)

On Wednesday, German Club members gathered at the Max Kade center to celebrate Karneval, Germany's "fifth season." Our Fulbright student Selina Foltinek served home made Kaiserschmarn, a shredded pancake treat with apple sauce and powdered sugar. Music and information on Germany's carnival tradition rounded out a night of good Old World fun.
